In 2008, Cornerstone Realty of America, Inc., EPDC's joint venture with a for-profit developer, purchased the former Edgemont Development in the Southend neighborhood. The property had been foreclosed on by the State Housing Finance Agency. We acquired the property, rehabbed the units and rented the apartments to low and moderate income families.
