River City Place Phase II Continues to Bring Beautiful New Homes to Emerson Park

The success of the first phase of the River City Place Development shows that there is demand for new single family homes in the Emerson Park Neighborhood.  The resounding success of this development not only showed that more homes were needed, but that there is an immediate demand.

Enter CDC Development Corporation

CDC Development has been working in East St. Louis for over a decade and they are our new partners for River City Place Phase II.  This phase will consist of 12 addition 1,300 to 1,500 square foot homes.  Each will have 3 bedrooms, 2-2 ½ baths, a two car garage and a full brick front.  These homes will be for income qualified buyers and have a first mortgage between $90,000-100,000 after state and city subsidies have been applied.  Similar homes in St. Louis City would sell for $160,000-170,000 without these subsidies.  For more information visit the Homes For Sale page.

Due to the high demand for homes, we are also working on a second project with C.F. Vatterott as well as another development with CDC Development Corporation.  Stay tuned for more information.
