River City Place Phase I

The final house in the River City Place Phase I Project closed at the end of July 2007 and now all 12 housed are occupied by new homeowners. The final aspect of the project, the reconstruction of Winstanley Ave between 17th Street and 19th Street will soon be completed by the city. Take a look below at what the finished houses look like.
